Constant struggle every year, to submit my desires to him and surrender them to his agenda. Sometimes I hear that we are indeed aligning and I can scarce believe my ears (so much that I keep going back and asking again just to be sure). Other times he steers me in a different direction, and I just have to trust that the only life to be found in this situation is down the path he indicates.
